I have seen so many articles and posts about parents saying good bye to their kids going to college - I feel for them! So many are experiencing it but I bet it feels like it’s just happening to you. I hope you find strength through this time!
Thankfully Stephanie I am over this time as this is a re-release of a piece I wrote this time last year. The other piece I linked to explains what happened next as I had done the child leaving home grieving but then she returned from University after only eight days and took up a place on a course at home instead! It’s strange how things turn out... But I still believe a mother does not need to take a child to Uni...
