Well I am so glad you laughed as apart from when I'm being serious (occasionally), I do love the idea of people laughing. Apparently the carpark is owned by the council so I may have to escalate my concerns.... !

This made me laugh too as I just threw my boys out at swimming in the road as I have a similar issue with the tiny girls gymnastics parents
